We’re hosting a free makers market inside Battersea Power Station this October
Our two-day autumn market will run on Saturday 19th October and Sunday 20th October.
After the resounding success of our past pop-ups there we’re so excited to announce we’ll be hosting another pop up makers market at Battersea Power Station once again this October.
Doing what we do best, we’ll be popping up at Battersea Power Station for a two-day market featuring the most amazing small businesses. We’ll be bringing more than 60 of the UK’s most exciting small brands from all over the country, 30 different brands each day, giving you an exciting chance to see and shop all their products together. As always everything will be handmade in the UK and makers will be dropping lots of brand new and exclusive pieces you won’t find anywhere else. Expect to discover handmade jewellery, ceramics, candles and artwork and so much more.
We absolutely LOVE to pop-up inside Battersea Power Station for soo many reasons. It’s a superstar of the South London skyline, visible from miles around and it’s accessible via its very own tube station (Battersea Power Station on the Northern line). But more importantly it’s a really lovely place to spend a weekend. Right on the riverfront you can while away a few hours overlooking the water sitting on deck chairs, or enjoy lunch at one of the outdoor restaurants and even take in the view from Lift109, the glass lift which takes you up one of the great chimneys! There’s a cinema, theatre, foodhall, cocktail bar, it’s entirely air conditioned and it’s dog friendly throughout. It is one of our favourite places to spend a day off, whatever the weather, as it covers both indoor and outdoor space.
As always the market is completely free to enter, and everyone is welcome. Bring family and friends to enjoy the day, and enjoy this last opportunity so shop small with us before we take a lil break over June. We’ll all be popping up on the first floor of Turbine Hall A on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th October. We’ll cover a real variety of product. It’s also a lovely reason to visit this iconic landmark if you haven’t been yet. We can’t wait to see you there.
